Fees

It will always be free to create a shop on our platform. We aim to minimize all other costs and proactively communicate fee changes as they arise.

Beta Launch

During the beta launch of atbeau.com, the fee structure will be as follows:

• Create listing: free
• Transaction fee: 4% + 30 cents
  • Example: Let’s say a customer buys a $12 item from a shop. After taxes and shipping costs, the total order amount is $16.20. Our platform will take 4% + 30 cents, or 0.96 cents. The remaining $15.44 will be sent to the shop owner’s Stripe account.
• Transfer earnings to bank account: 0.25% + 25 cents each transaction, paid to Stripe.
  • With the above example, when the shop owner decides to transfer the earned $15.44 to their bank account, 0.25% + 0.25 cents will be paid to Stripe, so the take-home pay isØ $15.15 🙂
• Decline or fail to ship an order: 4% + 30 cents (see “Orders” section)

Note: Anytime a shop has insufficient funds in their Stripe account for a fee, the charge will come out of their connected bank account.
